Gather AI Apps Terms and Conditions

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Services or any related content through your use of the platform.

6. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any content that you create using the Services, including but not limited to AI-generated text, images, and videos ("User Content"). By using the Services, you grant Gather AI Apps a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and sublicensable license to use, store, display, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

  • Use the Services for illegal, unethical, or harmful activities, including but not limited to generating content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination.

  • Use the Services to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise manipulate the Services.
